The guest bedroom has a view of the beautiful lagoon on the north side of the building. The furnishings include a cozy down couch, oriental rug, beautiful art work, plasma TV in the master AND guest bedroom, and custom draperies. Both bedrooms have king beds, each with upgraded bedding that not only looks great but also feels great too. For they both have high quality mattresses. Both the master and guest bedrooms have king sized beds, and there is a day bed in the living room which provides sleeping for a small child. ****Please note the sofa in the living room is NOT a sleeper. Therefore this unit only sleeps 4 in the king beds.***** It is one of the few units with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator has in the door ice/water), and upgraded flooring and window darkening curtains. It is a great location on the 4th floor, so there is quick and easy access to the beach, pools, and game room. This complex has a full time management company and security, located on the premises. They are friendly and helpful. And the presence of the security guards is very reassuring.
